Responsibilities
- Serve as the central hub between clients, corporate client advisors, and internal departments (e.g., Credit Department, Online Banking Department)
- Provide competent support and advice to clients on administrative tasks (e.g., online banking and payment transactions) via phone, email, or in person
- Continuously update and maintain customer data and document meeting outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management system
- Independently prepare for and follow up on client appointments and coordinate the advisors' calendar, including support in the credit process and ratings
Requirements
- Completed training as a Bank Clerk and several years of banking experience (ideally in credit business) qualify you for professional support of our corporate client advisors
- You are a communication talent, team player, and enjoy working independently
- Your approach is customer- and solution-oriented, and you enjoy engaging with people
- You are enthusiastic about actively shaping a new branch and bring the Rhenish-Westphalian cordiality that perfectly complements our team
