Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
- Shape the professional future of your candidates and employees, actively contributing to the success of the Kaiserslautern branch.
- Attract new customers in the Kaiserslautern area through your communicative and reliable personality.
- Expand the existing customer base through your strong service orientation.
- Manage personnel recruiting, supported by the latest tools for electronic recruitment.
- Lead, motivate, and manage our employees at the Kaiserslautern location.
- Utilize our extensive product range, from personnel placement to payroll and outsourcing.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Personaldienstleistungskaufmann.
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a Personaldisponent, Vertriebsdisponent, Disponent in der Zeitarbeit, Personalberater, Recruiter, OnSite-Manager or comparable experience in personnel or human resources, sales, or HR.
- Sense of responsibility, empathetic and open nature.
- Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Quick comprehension and a self-reliant, proactive working style.
