About the Position

Etchform BV, a part of the German Wickeder Group, is rapidly growing and manufactures highly precise, etched metal components for international clients in the automotive, chemical, consumer, and medical technology sectors. With over 35 employees at our Hilversum (Netherlands) location, we are the only on-site specialist for thin metal precision parts in our field.

Work Location: Hilversum, Netherlands

Full-time / Starting April 23, 2026

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of customer relationships in existing business
• Technical implementation of offers and assessment of the feasibility of orders
• Independent handling of inquiry and order processes in collaboration with Sales and Order Preparation
• Technical follow-up of inquiries and examination of production possibilities
• Participation in marketing activities such as trade shows and creation of marketing materials

Requirements

• Technical education, e.g., mechanical engineering, chemistry, materials science (MBO+ level through education or experience)
• Analytical, practical, and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills, diplomatic, convincing, and effective
• Good English skills, Dutch beneficial
• Proficient with MS Office
