What You Bring

• Ideally, you have a commercial education, e.g., as a Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification, and fluent German language skills
• You have already achieved sales success, ideally in a consulting-intensive environment
• You have a strong closing ability and enjoy convincing customers and achieving successful closures
• You are ambitious, success-hungry, and want to start out in a serious sales environment with a steep personal development curve
• You feel comfortable in a performance-oriented environment and enjoy measuring yourself against other top performers and celebrating successes together
• You convince with argumentative strength, negotiation skills, and a good sense of customer needs
• You communicate confidently on the phone and manage to build trust and inspire customers for suitable solutions

Your Responsibilities

• You advise our customers by phone and individually on suitable consumer loans
• You accompany our customers from the first inquiry to the successful conclusion
• You recognize customer needs and develop tailored financing solutions
• You use your sales talent to generate successful closures from qualified customer inquiries
• You combine excellent advice with clear closing orientation and always keep your goals in sight
• You actively contribute ideas for the further development of our consulting and sales processes
