Responsibilities

• FollowUps and CheckUps: Conduct regular conversations with our clients and potential prospects. Success check-ups with existing clients ensure deeper satisfaction and better results through more intensive care. Potential prospects are presented with tailored value propositions addressing their individual challenges and offered further assistance.
• Needs Analysis: Analyze the challenges and qualifications of new clients. Address their needs individually and sensitize them to possible paths and strategies to overcome mentioned challenges.
• Coaching: After building the necessary expertise, act as a speaker and coach for our clients or employees aiming for the next career level within the framework of company and marketing consulting.
• Documentation: Take care of the documentation, preparation, and follow-up of respective conversations and key performance indicators. Meticulous documentation provides insights into the efficiency of the work process and potential areas for improvement.
