Vice President - Data/Information Management Lead Analyst

About the Position

Join Citi as a Vice President - Data/Information Management Lead Analyst in a hybrid role, impacting data strategies and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various data activities, including database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or database architecture/design engineering.
• Focus on resolving complex problems or transactions, requiring expertise to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes.
• Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may act as an analytical or procedural expert.
• Supervise day-to-day work of junior-level employees.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

Requirements

• Experience: 6-10 years in a quantitative field.
• Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle, and P&L.
  • Experience in segmentation, modeling, and optimization.
  • Working experience in the Financial/Credit Card Industry.
  • Know-how on analytic tools (SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS, etc.) and methodologies (regression, CHAID, simulation, etc.).
  • Big data and machine learning experiences (R, Python, etc.).
• Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master’s degree preferred.
