Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial solutions across various industries.
• Work with clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future.
• Utilize the Capital Agenda framework to address strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions.
• Manage risk/return trade-offs to support clients in financing and capital efficiency.
• Help clients with portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning analytics, and decision support.

Requirements

• Qualification: MBA/CA
• Experience: 8-10 years in Debt Advisory
• Skills:
  • Strong background in fund raise including debt, structured finance, bonds, etc.
  • Focus on real estate space.
  • Experience in raising construction finance, LRD, and land funding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder management.
