About the Role
EY is seeking a Vice President for Capital and Debt Advisory in New Delhi, focusing on strategic financial advisory for various clients. This role is part of the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, which helps clients reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial advisory services across multiple client departments.
- Focus on areas such as fund raising, debt advisory, structured finance, bonds, and real estate.
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and developers in the real estate space.
- Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex financial problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service.
Requirements
Qualification:
- MBA/CA
Experience:
- 8-10 years in Debt Advisory
Skills:
- Strong background in fund raising, including debt, structured finance, and bonds.
- Experience in raising construction finance, LRD, and land funding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management experience.
