Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for an account manager who can build trusting and long-term relationships with clients, effectively coordinate projects, and maintain a balance between the interests of the client and the team. If you easily find a common language with different people, know how to identify the business needs of a client, and want to work in digital marketing – we need to meet!

Responsibilities

Communication with clients: Understanding their needs, providing advice, and support at all stages of cooperation.
Team Coordination: Effective interaction with SEO specialists, PPC specialists, copywriters, programmers, designers, etc.
Project Management: Prioritizing tasks, controlling deadlines, resources, and team focus.
Performance Monitoring: Analyzing results, achieving client KPIs and ROI.
Growth Opportunities: Analyzing effectiveness, identifying client development points, and proposing new solutions.
Building Relationships and Trust: Building long-term partnerships, handling objections, and supporting clients in difficult situations.
Report Preparation and Analytics: Preparing and presenting client work results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills - You don't just pass client requests to the team, but you understand what's behind them and help find the best solution.
Communication Skills - You can listen to the client, explain complex things in simple words, and find a common language.
Stress Resistance and Multitasking - Deadlines and project changes don't throw you off balance.
High Level of Self-Organization and basic time-management skills.
Speed in Decision Making - You can quickly gather project information, assess the situation, and develop an effective communication strategy.
Responsibility and Proactivity - You don't wait for the problem to solve itself but act and propose options.
Desire to Develop in Digital Marketing - You are interested in understanding trends, tools, and helping clients grow with us.

Nice to Have

Experience in Client Work: Negotiations, task coordination, support.
Understanding of Basic Digital Tools: Knowing how SEO, contextual advertising (Google Ads), and web analytics work will help you better navigate client requests.
English Language Proficiency at an Intermediate Level or higher, as you may need to work with foreign clients or training materials.
