About the Position

We are looking for a talented Video Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will produce engaging video content for various platforms and games, showcasing your expertise in motion design and video editing.

Responsibilities

Main Challenges

• Producing engaging video content: Create video trailers and ads for platforms like Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store, Steam, PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox, and more. Tailor video ads for performance channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
• Designing and modifying 3D scenes: Develop and modify 3D scenes, models, and animations for promotional materials and video ads.
• Creating content for different games: Develop video content for various games, ensuring each piece aligns with the game's visual and communication style to engage users and encourage downloads.

Daily Tasks

• Production:

  • Create high-quality video content to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Take full ownership of the video production process, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Create and/or modify 3D scenes, models, and animations.
  • Capture engaging in-game footage.
  • Adapt videos into various formats for different platforms.
  • Enhance video quality by incorporating sound effects, music, text, graphics, and other elements.

• Communication:

  • Incorporate client feedback and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback from stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
  • Provide input into the creative direction for video content.

• Consistency & Guidelines:

  • Learn and adhere to artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video materials.

• Organization & Reporting:

  • Manage and maintain a video asset library.
  • Monitor the performance of video ads and collaborate with internal teams to improve results.

• Innovation:

  • Propose new ideas and formats to elevate video production.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Keep up with trends in gaming and video platforms.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Expertise in motion design, video editing, and video content creation.
• Extensive experience with Adobe software like Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Very good knowledge of 3D software: Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, etc.
• General knowledge of rendering, processing, and animation of 3D elements.
• An online portfolio and/or demo reel.
• Previous experience with Unity, Unreal Engine.
• 2D skills / experience.
