About the Position

We are seeking a talented Video Artist to join our creative team. Your role will involve producing engaging video content for various platforms and games, utilizing your expertise in motion design and video editing to create high-quality marketing videos.

Responsibilities

Main Challenges

• Producing Engaging Video Content:
  • Create video trailers and ads for platforms like Google Play, App Store, Microsoft Store, Steam, PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox, and more.
  • Design and/or modify 3D scenes, models, and animations for promotional materials and video ads.
  • Develop video content for different games, ensuring each piece aligns with the game's visual and communication style.

Daily Tasks

• Production:

  • Create high-quality video content to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Take full ownership of the video production process, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Create and/or modify 3D scenes, models, and animations.
  • Capture engaging in-game footage.
  • Adapt videos into various formats for different platforms.
  • Enhance video quality by incorporating sound effects, music, text, graphics, and other elements.

• Communication:

  • Incorporate client feedback and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time.
  • Adapt quickly to feedback from stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
  • Provide input into the creative direction for video content.

• Consistency & Guidelines:

  • Learn and adhere to artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video materials.

• Organization & Reporting:

  • Manage and maintain a video asset library.
  • Monitor the performance of video ads and collaborate with internal teams to improve results.

• Innovation:

  • Use creativity and innovation to propose new ideas and formats.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Keep up with trends in gaming and video platforms.

Success Metrics

• Respect delivery deadlines.
• Ensure that creatives adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism with regard to the team and clients.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

• Skills:

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in motion design, video editing, and video content creation.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe software like Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Very good knowledge of 3D software: Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, etc.
  • General knowledge of rendering, processing, and animation of 3D elements.
  • Previous experience working with Unity, Unreal Engine.
  • 2D skills / experience.

• Portfolio:

  • An online portfolio and/or demo reel, which must be included with your application.

• Strong artistic sensibilities, keen eye for detail, and passion for constantly innovating.
