About the Position
We are seeking a Video Content Creator to produce engaging video content for our AI-powered Photoshop plugin, ABrush. Join us to create tutorials, speedpaints, and promotional videos.

ABrush is an AI plugin for Photoshop, created by a team of artists and engineers at AB Games. The product combines generative AI with seamless integration into Photoshop, giving professional artists full control over style and quality. We occupy a unique niche at the intersection of AI generation and professional design, with a focus on game development and the creative industries.
Responsibilities
- YouTube Content: Planning, filming, and editing regular videos (tutorials, speedpaints, feature reviews, competitor comparisons)
- AI Video Production: Creating creative promotional materials for social media (Instagram, TikTok) using AI for video generation
- Product Storytelling: Creating demo videos for sales presentations and conferences
- Full Post-Production Cycle: Professional work with sound, picture, editing, and titles
- Adaptation and Onboarding: Creating short tutorials for new users and adapting existing materials for different formats
- Analytics: Tracking video performance (CTR, conversions) and optimizing content based on data
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in video production (editing, scripting, motion graphics)
- Color Grading: Professional color correction experience in DaVinci Resolve (working with LOG, RAW materials)
- Sound Design: Full audio support, working with SFX, and leveling to volume standards for different platforms
- Technical Optimization: Deep understanding of codecs, bitrates, and specific export settings for YouTube and social media algorithms
- Tool Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
- AI Video: Confident experience with video generation tools (Sora, Kling, Runway, Veo, Luma)
- AI Image: Experience with AI tools for image generation. Experience with lip-sync or AI avatars is a plus
- English: Sufficient level for writing scripts and working with English voiceovers
- Independence, Initiative, Attention to Detail
Nice to Have
- Own YouTube Channel or a portfolio of video work
- Experience in Game Development or a creative agency
