About the Team
The Production Team EVO creates video content for Prom and other products in the ecosystem. We explain complex things in simple words, share the experience of entrepreneurs, talk about new service opportunities, and help businesses develop.
We are expanding our team and looking for a Video Content Specialist who will become part of the Prom direction. This role is for someone who loves working with full-cycle video content – from shooting preparation to final editing – and wants to not only fulfill the requirements but also offer their own solutions, experiment with formats, and work with the team to make the content even better.
Responsibilities
- Create full-cycle video content – from shooting preparation to final editing
- Prepare the studio or location: set up the frame, lighting, and configure equipment for shooting
- Work with various formats: digests, interviews, podcasts, training videos, cases, webinars, and short social media videos
- Edit videos, work with graphics, animation, sound, and visual elements to make the content understandable, dynamic, and modern
- Collaborate with the team leader, YouTube producer, marketers, editors, and product experts to find the best solutions for each video
- Offer your own solutions for presentation, editing, and visual design to make each new video even better
- Test new formats, approaches, and tools and work with the team to develop Prom video content
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in creating full-cycle video content: preparing for shooting, setting up the frame and lighting, editing, and finalizing the material
- Desire to experiment with formats, find new approaches, and constantly improve the quality of video content
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and OBS Studio
- Good visual taste and understanding of how to make videos stronger through editing, rhythm, graphics, and composition
- Ability to work with both short social media formats and longer videos – interviews, podcasts, webinars, or training content
- Proactivity and willingness to improve content by offering your own solutions
- Independence, responsibility, and openness to feedback
