Responsibilities
- Create high-performing short-form and dynamic video ads designed to capture attention, increase engagement, and drive conversions
- Edit and produce UGC-style content, performance-driven creatives, and social-first videos optimized for fast-paced digital environments
- Use AI-powered tools and generative workflows to accelerate video production, ideation, scripting, visuals, voiceovers, and creative testing
- Transform raw footage and concepts into engaging, fast-paced, and visually compelling ad creatives
- Add music, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, hooks, and visual effects that maximize retention and performance
- Collaborate closely with marketers and creative strategists to iterate on winning ad concepts and improve creative performance
- Apply performance marketing insights, creative trends, and best practices to continuously optimize content effectiveness
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing, preferably focused on performance marketing, paid social
- Experience creating short-form, dynamic, and conversion-focused video creatives
- Understanding of what makes video ads perform - including hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, CTAs, and audience psychology
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation and creative automation tools (such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling, Veo, or similar)
- Comfortable working with different content styles including UGC, product-focused ads, testimonial videos, motion graphics, and viral social formats
- Adaptable and excited about experimenting with new creative formats, AI workflows, and emerging trends
Salary
Gross salary range is 2600 – 3200 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
