Videographer and Content Producer

About the Position

We are seeking a creative Videographer and Content Producer to join our in-house team in Brisbane, CA, focusing on high-quality video and photo content.

Responsibilities

• Film and photograph customer stories, events, and social content
• Collaborate with marketing to plan shoots and align on story and messaging
• Work with internal teams and customers to schedule shoots, manage logistics, and communicate expectations
• Serve as the primary contact for participants throughout the shoot process
• Partner with design to deliver assets such as lower-thirds, titles, and photography for digital and print
• Edit short-form videos and cutdowns optimized for various platforms
• Maintain and organize a media library
• Guide on-camera participants to ensure high-quality footage through proper lighting, framing, and audio
• Operate company-provided gear, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, microphones, and related equipment

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing interviews, events, b-roll, still photography, and edited content
• Proficiency in Sony camera operation, lighting, audio, and post-production workflows
• Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
• Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders to plan and execute shoots
• Proven ability to manage shoots independently, including scheduling, logistics, and on-set direction

Nice to Have

• Proven track record (3+ years) of success in communication, marketing, or related roles
• Experience in the tech industry, particularly in SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to distill information from subject matter experts and translate it into training relevant to the target audience

The Role

This is a hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) role in Brisbane, CA.

Compensation

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
