About the Position

V.I.E System Engineer Obsolescence (all gender)

We are seeking a dedicated V.I.E System Engineer Obsolescence to join our team in Hamburg. This role is part of our VIE program, offering a unique opportunity for EU graduates aged 18 to 28 to gain valuable work experience in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage system requirements
• Derive and cascade requirements from higher system levels
• Perform verification and validation (V&V) activities
• Evaluate electrical and hardware systems within the project environment
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)
• Hold a master's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, or a comparable field
• Possess professional experience in systems engineering and requirements engineering
• Demonstrate knowledge of electrical systems, hardware systems, and ideally wiring diagrams and electrical drawings
• Have experience with IBM DOORS and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
• Have business-level English proficiency and a basic knowledge of German

Nice to Have

• Additional experience in related engineering fields
• Advanced knowledge of specific electrical or hardware systems
