Full-time

We are MIETHKE, a globally active, medium-sized medical technology company based in Potsdam. As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid - with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. Our particularly high level of vertical integration is a key success factor.

You will ensure that customer feedback and complaints are carefully reviewed, documented and assessed. In doing so, you will make an important contribution to product safety, product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements in the areas of complaints handling and vigilance.

And: diversity, appreciation and tolerance are part of our culture - we would be delighted if this also corresponds to your core values.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming products and complaints against specified specifications and document your findings.
  • Assess customer feedback with regard to quality, product safety and any incidents that may be subject to mandatory reporting.
  • Draw up complaint reports and assist in preparing reports on serious incidents.
  • Record and maintain complaints data in our database and ensure that documentation is complete.
  • Prepare data for reports, key performance indicators and trend analyses.
  • Assist with the analysis of complaints, as well as with the implementation and monitoring of improvement measures to safeguard and further develop our product and process quality.

Requirements

  • A completed commercial or technical vocational qualification, e.g. as a Technical Assistant, Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or in a comparable field.
  • Initial professional experience, ideally in quality management, complaints management or medical technology.
  • An interest in technical products and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and contexts.
  • A passion for examining issues, documenting them clearly and following them up meticulously.
  • A structured, conscientious and independent approach to work, as well as a keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence in using a computer and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new programmes and database systems.
  • Very good written and spoken German.

We Offer

  • Family-friendly and flexible working time models and a workplace, where we can be ourselves.
  • The possibility of a company pension scheme, further qualification through the opportunity to participate in further training events.
  • Sporting activities and team events as well as coffee specialties, tea and water at any time, but also much more.
  • Other benefits such as childcare subsidies, Urban Sportsclub, JobLunch and much more.
  • A working environment in an innovative, medium-sized company with over 250 employees and interesting and varied tasks.
  • An employment relationship initially limited to two years with a clear interest in a permanent contract in a secure economic situation.
