Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to create realistic 3D visualizations of interiors (for visualization designers).
- Experience in creating interior drawings and professional proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit (for architectural draftsmen).
