Remote Full-Time | VIP Manager

Responsibilities

In the VIP Manager position, you will be responsible for:

Manage a portfolio of VIP players and ensure compliance with internal service standards.
Achieve KPIs related to retention, engagement, LTV, and VIP player monetization.
Monitor player activity, identify behavioral changes, and proactively respond to potential risks.
Develop and implement personalized offers, including bonuses, cashback, and exclusive events.
Analyze players’ financial activity, including deposits, gaming behavior, and turnover.
Maintain structured communication via messengers, email, and chat.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize VIP processes.

Requirements

Must-have experience for this role:

Strong understanding of player behavior, motivations, and risk indicators.
Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Ability to work with high-roller clients while maintaining a professional approach.
Experience in developing personalized offers, loyalty mechanics, and retention strategies.
Strong communication skills and discipline in maintaining consistent and structured communication with VIP clients.
