VIP Manager (German Speaking)

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced German-speaking VIP Manager to build strong relationships with our most valuable players while supporting the performance and development of our VIP team.
You'll combine hands-on VIP relationship management with commercial thinking, helping drive player retention, improve VIP processes, and support VIP Executives in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with high-value VIP players
- Drive player retention, loyalty, and reactivation
- Handle complex and sensitive customer cases
- Support VIP Executives with portfolio management and best practices
- Monitor VIP performance and identify growth opportunities
- Improve VIP processes and workflows
- Collaborate with CRM, Customer Support, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams
- Ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming and AML requirements
Requirements
- Experience managing VIP or high-value customer portfolios within iGaming
- Strong understanding of VIP retention and player lifecycle management
- Experience handling escalations and complex customer cases
- Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English
