Visual Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our Marketing Design Studio. Our ideal future candidate is a strategically minded professional who doesn’t just design assets but also understands the core business objectives they solve. You are someone who thinks in scalable design systems rather than isolated tasks. You can easily apply our brand identity to all kinds of assets – whether it’s a corporate deck or a new merch collection.

We want an ambitious designer who is deeply curious, eager to tackle diverse design challenges, and passionate about constantly expanding their skillset.

Responsibilities

• Apply and extend the Intellias visual brand identity across various assets (e.g. social media, email marketing, corporate website, landing pages, etc).
• Create cohesive visual branding for complex communication campaigns tailored to both external audiences and employees.
• Support marketing and sales teams by delivering routine design materials, including decks, banners, and other high-frequency creative requests.
• Concept and design complex, large-scale brand touchpoints from scratch (e.g. booths for conferences and events).
• Creatively design modern, high-quality corporate merchandise collections that align with our new brand guidelines.
• Work actively within our existing design systems, continually expanding, scaling, and developing new visual frameworks as needed.
• Integrate AI tools into your daily design workflow for visual generation, research, mood boards, and ideation to accelerate and optimize production processes.
• Participate actively in team brainstorms, source fresh visual references, and deliver high-quality work within the dynamic pace of the Marketing Design Studio.

Requirements

What we expect from you

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in graphic or digital design within a creative agency, product company, or marketing team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual literacy, refined taste, typography skills, and applied experience working with brand systems.
• Deep understanding of visual composition, hierarchy, rhythm, and the balance between graphic design and the core message.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Active use of AI tools, with a commitment to continuous learning and to finding new ways to generate high-quality images while accelerating workflows and improving overall efficiency.
• Proficiency in English (B2 minimum) to collaborate effectively within a diverse, global team.
