About the Role

Blomsterlandet is opening a new store in Falköping and we are now looking for a Visual Merchandiser who wants to be part of the team from the start and contribute to shaping the store's visual expression.

This is an operational role in the store where you, like the rest of the team, work with all common tasks such as sales, customer service, picking up goods, and handling merchandise. In addition, you have a special responsibility for the store's visual sales and presentation.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you actively work to create an inspiring and sales-driving store environment that enhances the customer experience and drives sales in all departments of the store. You ensure that Blomsterlandet's concept and visual guidelines are followed and follow up and develop the visual presentation based on sales, season, and customer needs.

You will work closely with the store manager and other colleagues and have an important role in the setup and development of the new store. You will also be part of the store's management group together with the store manager and deputy store manager.

The position is for 30 hours per week and working hours vary within the store's opening hours, including work every other weekend. Salary according to the collective agreement.

Requirements

• Thrives on meeting customers and working with sales
• Has a strong interest in plants and enjoys sharing knowledge with both customers and colleagues
• Is a person who takes initiative, works structured, and has a business drive to develop all departments of the store, with a special focus on visual presentation
• Sees changes as opportunities and enjoys switching between different tasks

Qualifications:

• Education in Visual Merchandising
• Several years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser
• Experience from retail
• Structured and organized
• Familiar with KPI follow-up

Desirable:

• Interest in plants
• Leadership experience or leadership training

We Offer

• Scope: 30h/week
• Employment: Fixed-term employment, probationary period applies
• Start: January 2027
• Salary: According to the Trade collective agreement and applicable VM supplement
