Responsibilities
- Overall lead tasks from project award to mass production +3 months phases;
- Ensure project scope/timing/cost/quality under control during develop and validation phases;
- Overall lead change management in product life cycle;
- Lead continuous improvement to company's organizational process assets;
- Support sales on business acquisition tasks;
- Enhance customer relationship as main contact window during develop and validation phases;
Requirements
- Bachelor degree and major in engineering;
- Be familiar with ITAF16949, Automobile product development regulation as APQP/PPAP;
- Be familiar with electronic/mechanic control product and basic SW development;
- 5 years and above PM experience with preference in automotive;
- Ability to influence, driving;
