About the Position
Vođa proizvodne linije
Join AUMOVIO Serbia as a Production Line Leader, overseeing production quality and team training.
Responsibilities
- Monitors the scope, quality of work and products with the production operator team.
- Trains employees on the job and acts as a mentor during the training period for new hires.
- Tracks the training level of operators and updates qualification matrices by defining measures to overcome work deficiencies.
- Starts the shift on the line, organizes and maintains shift meetings.
- Provides support to the shift leader in production management activities and participates in continuous process improvement actions.
- Identifies deviations and takes corrective actions on the production line.
- Identifies and marks errors in the production process.
- Ensures workplace safety, organization, and hygiene (5S).
- Organizes work on production lines for a team of 5 to 10 employees.
Requirements
- Minimum IV level of vocational training.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar positions.
- Knowledge of 5S work principles.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of English.

- Experience in a similar industry.
