About the Role
As a Volljurist Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherungsrecht, you will work alongside legal and tax colleagues to advise our employer clients on matters related to payroll tax and social insurance. You will combine legal and tax expertise to provide comprehensive advice, focusing on both defensive and proactive strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with legal and tax colleagues to advise clients on payroll tax and social insurance issues.
- Provide defense and advisory services, such as consulting on compensation models, employee participation programs, and identifying potential criminal risks.
- Develop practical solutions for complex issues while enhancing your understanding of tax, labor, and social insurance law requirements.
Requirements
- Completed law degree with both state exams.
- Basic knowledge of tax law and/or social insurance law (possibly including labor law).
- Ideally, some relevant professional experience.
- Independent and responsible work approach.
