Your Impact

Als Volljurist / Syndikusanwalt (m/w/d) unterstützt du die Geschäftsleitung und die Businessbereiche bei juristischen Fragestellungen und trägst so zu einem nachhaltigen Geschäftserfolg bei.

• Consultation: Du berätst die Geschäftsleitung und Gremien in rechtlichen Fragestellungen und unterstützt bei strategischen Entscheidungen.
• Organization: Du bereitest Gremiensitzungen vor.
• Negotiation: Du erstellst Verträge und führst Vertragsverhandlungen.
• Cooperation: Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Großkanzleien zusammen und pflegst professionelle Netzwerke.
• Expert Advice: Du berätst zu berufsrechtlichen Themen für Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen.

Your Skillset

• Successfully completed second state examination with at least the grade "satisfactory"
• In-depth knowledge in corporate law, contract law, and general civil law
• Ability to quickly grasp complex issues, analyze them in a structured manner, and develop practical, legally sound solutions
• Confident demeanor combined with strategic thinking
• Willingness to travel and excellent command of German and English in speech and writing
