About the Position
Volljuristen/-innen (Syndikusanwälte/-innen) m/w/d
KierdorfInkasso, one of Germany's leading debt collection companies with around 100 employees, is seeking dedicated Volljuristen/-innen (Syndikusanwälte/-innen) m/w/d to join our innovative and dynamic legal team. Our focus is on civil law, particularly enforcement and insolvency law. We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in these areas and excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead case handling in debt collection matters.
- Communicate with clients or their legal representatives to reach amicable solutions.
- Utilize legal measures only as a last resort, employing legal nuances when necessary.
Requirements
- Passed state exams with at least a satisfactory grade.
- Special interest in civil, enforcement, and insolvency law.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
Nice to Have
- Flexibility and team spirit.
- Technical understanding and commercial thinking, especially in the valuation of secured assets.
