About the Position

We are seeking a סמנכ"ל/ית שיווק (VP of Marketing) to join our innovative team in Rehovot, Israel. The role involves staying updated with new marketing technologies, especially AI and automation, and leading a team to build a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our growth goals.

Responsibilities

• רכישת משתמשים: Leading innovative digital campaigns for global growth.
• שיתופי פעולה עם יוצרים: Identifying, recruiting, and managing collaborations with influencers and content creators.
• תוכן וסיפור מותג: Creating an authentic brand story that resonates with the creator community.
• ניהול תקציב: Managing the marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
• מחקר שוק ותחרות: Analyzing trends, competitors, and user behavior to continuously adapt the strategy.
• צמיחה דיגיטלית: Leading in SEO, advertising, website optimization, and social networks.
• שותפויות חיצוניות: Building relationships with agencies, suppliers, and key players in the creator ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of managerial experience in marketing, preferably in B2C, SaaS, or content creator platforms.
• Proven experience in marketing with influencers and content creators.
• Excellent management and team leadership skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from data.
• Practical experience with digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM systems, marketing automation).
• Full proficiency in English – additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
