VP of Operations

We are looking for a VP of Operations-a highly analytical and business-minded professional who can identify bottlenecks, improve cross-team execution, and build scalable operational systems to support the company’s next stage of growth.

This role is critical for scaling the business efficiently. Your first major focus area will be Marketing, with gradual expansion into Sales, Product, and Development operations over time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and scaling limitations.
• Analyze workflows, reporting structures, processes, and operational performance.
• Build structured operational improvement plans and drive implementation.
• Improve execution speed, accountability, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and operational frameworks.
• Partner closely with Marketing leadership as the first major focus area.
• Gradually expand operational ownership into Sales, Product, and Development.
• Create scalable systems and processes to support international growth.
• Translate business problems into clear action plans and measurable operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ops, consulting, finance, business analysis, strategy, operational leadership.
• Experience working in high-performance environments (Big4, consulting, startups, product companies, operationally complex businesses).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Experience building or redesigning operational processes and systems.
• Strong experience with process automation, dashboards, reporting, and operational visibility.
• Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar business domains and identify bottlenecks.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership mindset with high ownership and execution orientation.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills are a must.
• Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to Have

• Consulting background (Big4, strategy, operations consulting).
• MBA or a strong business education background.
• Experience working with AI tools and automation.
• Multi-functional experience across marketing, sales, product, finance, or operations.
• Experience scaling operational systems in fast-growing businesses.
