About the Position

We are hiring a Vice President, Florida Market to lead and grow EPAM’s business across Florida, with a focus on the South Florida and Central Florida regions. This role carries full P&L ownership for a $40–60M portfolio and is accountable for market growth, client relationships, and overall business performance.

The Vice President will operate as a market integrator, orchestrating Account Managers, Industry Business Units (IBUs), and Delivery leadership to drive growth across a balanced mid-market and enterprise portfolio. This leader will personally own select growth accounts while building the local presence, partnerships, and team required to establish EPAM as a strong regional player in Florida.

Req.#988167122

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the Florida market, including revenue growth, margin performance, pipeline health, and delivery quality across a $40–60M portfolio
  • Define and execute a market-level growth strategy, building a balanced mix of mid-market and enterprise clients across the region
  • Personally own and grow 1–2 strategic growth accounts, while enabling and governing Account Managers across the broader portfolio
  • Act as a market integrator, coordinating Industry BUs, Consulting, Technology Practices, and Delivery leaders to pursue and execute opportunities
  • Partner closely with the Consumer and Services IBU to identify, shape, and scale opportunities within key sectors
  • Establish and maintain senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point across commercial and delivery engagements
  • Shape and lead complex pursuits, including solution strategy, commercial structuring, and transition from sales to delivery
  • Drive a disciplined operating cadence across the market, including pipeline reviews, account planning, forecasting, and risk management
  • Build and strengthen the local leadership bench, leveraging existing EPAM talent while selectively hiring to support growth
  • Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture, with clear accountability across sales, delivery, and client leadership
  • Develop EPAM’s local ecosystem presence, including partnerships with universities, industry groups, and regional business networks
  • Represent EPAM in the market through client engagements, partnerships, and industry forums, as appropriate

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading a services business with full P&L ownership, managing a minimum $30M book of business
  • Proven track record of driving growth within a software engineering, digital services, or management consulting
  • Experience selling and delivering complex technology-enabled services, including software engineering, digital transformation, cloud, data, or consulting-led engagements
  • Strong background working with distributed teams, integrating sales, consulting, and delivery functions
  • Ability to personally lead strategic growth accounts while enabling Account Managers across a broader portfolio
  • Industry-agnostic experience required; exposure to High Tech and/or Travel & Hospitality is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a regional or market leader, not solely as a seller or delivery executive
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Solid financial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and business planning
  • Recognized as a team builder, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent EPAM effectively in client and partner settings
  • Prior professional services firm experience required; pure strategy consulting, SI GM-only, or regional sales-only profiles are not a fit

We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $40,000–$60,000 per year
  • Opportunity to work remotely in the United States of America
  • Full P&L ownership and growth opportunities
  • Leadership and team-building experience
  • Professional development and growth within EPAM
