VP, Transaction Capture Senior Manager (Open)

Are you ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic financial environment? Citi is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a VP, Transaction Capture Senior Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple operational teams, drive service excellence, and contribute to the success of our Transfer Agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure teams meet performance and quality expectations.
• Manage Resources: Assist with budget development and staff resource allocation.
• Resolve Issues: Address complex and variable issues with significant departmental impact.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the volume, quality, integrity, timeliness, and delivery of complex deliverables.
• Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and workflow standards.
• Performance Tracking: Define, develop, implement, and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service, control, and cost reduction.
• Client Engagement: Conduct discovery and due diligence activities to solve complex client queries.
• Staff Evaluation: Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations for development and personnel actions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years in a related role.
• Expertise: Subject Matter Expert in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas, or products.
• Skills: Demonstrated project management skills, ability to work under pressure, and manage deadlines.
• Communication: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Attention to Detail: Intermediate problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree: Required.
• Master’s Degree: Preferred.

Nice to Have

• Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships and service delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of AML KYC and regulatory changes impacting the business.
