Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end warranty claim process: receiving, technical assessment, approval/rejection and closure of claims from dealers and customers
• 管理保修索赔全流程：受理、技术评估、批准/驳回及关闭经销商与客户提交的索赔
• Coordinate with HQ Germany and regional service team on claim judgment criteria, and handle escalation of disputed cases
• 与德国总部及区域服务团队协调索赔判定标准，并处理争议案件的升级
• Analyze claim data and failure modes, deliver warranty cost reports and quality feedback to Quality, R&D and Purchasing; manage warranty cost budget and drive continuous cost reduction
• 分析索赔数据与失效模式，输出保修成本报告并向质量、研发、采购部门反馈；管理保修成本预算，持续推动成本降低
• Define and optimize warranty policy, claim process and judgment criteria; train and guide the dealer network on claim handling
• 制定并优化保修政策、索赔流程与判定标准；培训并指导经销商网络的索赔操作
• Lead, manage and develop the warranty claim team, including task allocation, performance management and competency development
• 领导并管理质保索赔团队，包括任务分配、绩效管理与能力发展

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, hydraulic, mechatronic or related engineering
• 机械、液压、机电或相关工程专业本科及以上学历
• 3+ years of experience in warranty claim management or after-sales service, preferably in off-highway machinery, hydraulic or automotive industry
• 3年以上保修索赔管理或售后服务经验，非道路机械、液压或汽车行业优先
• Proficient in claim data and failure mode analysis, solid user of Excel and SAP
• 熟练进行索赔数据与失效模式分析，熟练使用Excel和SAP
• Good command of English for communication with HQ Germany; strong communication and coordination skills
• 英语良好（需与德国总部沟通），具备较强的沟通协调能力
