Water Treatment Specialist

• Location: Palm Springs, California
• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Yellowstone Local is proud to represent EcoWater Systems of Southern California, a provider of residential water treatment solutions. Are you comfortable meeting homeowners, understanding their needs, and closing sales? Join EcoWater as a Water Treatment Specialist and help customers choose the right water treatment solutions through face-to-face consultations in their homes.

Home improvement sales professionals are welcome to apply. Water treatment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners throughout the Palm Springs, CA area for in-home sales consultations.
• Perform water testing and explain the results in clear, simple terms.
• Recommend water treatment systems based on each household’s needs.
• Demonstrate products, explain available solutions, and answer customer questions.
• Present pricing, address concerns, and close sales professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with the office and installation team to support a smooth customer experience.
• Build customer relationships that encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

• Required:

  • A Home Improvement Sales (HIS) license.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits in terms homeowners understand.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to customer homes throughout the Palm Springs area.
  • Strong follow-through, organization, and a professional approach to customer service.
  • Flexibility to attend appointments based on homeowner availability.
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week.

• Preferred:

  • Water treatment sales experience.

Nice to Have

• Candidates without water treatment experience should have at least 5 years of professional home service sales experience.
