Responsibilities
As a Web Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing content plans and production for various media genres, leveraging their unique characteristics
- Formulating and implementing growth strategies based on the characteristics of acquired media
- Coordinating and managing the production process with internal and external writers
- Ensuring content quality, measuring performance, evaluating effectiveness, and proposing improvements
- Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Search Console for data analysis
- Implementing SEO strategies, increasing traffic, and maximizing engagement based on media characteristics
- Optimizing performance and implementing improvement measures using BI tools
Requirements
必須要件
- At least 2 years of experience in content direction or production management in web media
- Experience in data analysis and improvement proposals using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
歓迎要件
- Knowledge and experience in SEO and keyword marketing
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with simple data analysis using SQL or Python
- Experience in managing and directing affiliate media
