WEBCON Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a WEBCON Developer to join our team at Software Mind. You will be part of our WEBCON practice, working on business process automation for clients in financial services, technology, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement WEBCON BPS applications: processes, forms, business rules, task assignments, and reports in Designer Studio.
• Develop custom logic with T-SQL and JavaScript where standard configuration is not sufficient.
• Integrate WEBCON applications with the client's systems (ERP, DMS, Active Directory, e-mail, external APIs) via REST and SOAP.
• Analyze change requests and incidents against project documentation and propose pragmatic solutions.
• Maintain and stabilize production applications, including troubleshooting and performance fixes.
• Prepare technical documentation and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with business analysts and client stakeholders to refine process requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience developing applications on WEBCON BPS.
• Practical, hands-on knowledge of WEBCON Designer Studio: process modelling, form configuration, business rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL (queries, views, procedures) on Microsoft SQL Server.
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS at a level sufficient for form customization.
• Experience integrating WEBCON with other systems using REST or SOAP.
• Ability to independently analyze a task, verify it against documentation, and deliver it end to end.
• Communicative English for documentation and working with international team members.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the WEBCON BPS SDK (C#,.NET plugins, and custom actions).
• Knowledge of Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine.
• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 integrations (including Power Automate).
• Familiarity with BPMN notation and process analysis.
• Experience delivering for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance requirements.
