We are seeking an experienced Webcopywriter / Technical Writer FR to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing digital content in close collaboration with our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Optimization: Write, translate, revise, and optimize various types of digital content (web pages, news, FAQs, manuals, surveys, alerts, and other informational materials), ensuring linguistic quality, coherence, and adherence to web writing best practices.
• Accessibility: Ensure the accessibility of digital content and documents in compliance with current standards.
• Information Architecture: Define information architectures that promote clear, intuitive navigation and a consistent user experience.
• Client Collaboration: Participate in meetings and workshops with clients to gather necessary information, advise on content strategy, and assist in structuring information.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various project stakeholders (webmasters, UX designers, analysts, developers, and other team experts).
• Documentation: Create editorial charters, writing guides, CMS usage guides, and other reference documents.
• Communication Materials: Design communication and presentation materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for clients on web writing principles, content accessibility, CMS usage, and associated best practices.

• Proficient in web writing techniques, capable of transforming complex information into clear, accessible content tailored to target audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support clients in their content projects.
• Pedagogical skills with a passion for sharing knowledge and conducting training sessions or workshops.
• Autonomous, organized, and rigorous with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while enjoying teamwork.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and the ability to use them effectively while maintaining a critical eye on generated content.
• Curious and proactive with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends, particularly in web writing, accessibility, user experience, and generative AI. Proactively proposes new ideas and contributes to the continuous improvement of team practices.
• Knowledge of the public sector or social security is a plus.
