We're seeking a Webinar Marketing Manager to launch educational webinars on cosmetology, focusing on registration strategies and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop a promotion plan for each webinar;
• Prepare an advertising strategy to attract registrations;
• Set up the webinar registration form;
• Collect a participant database;
• Configure automatic reminders before the webinar via email, SMS, Telegram, Viber, or other channels;
• Warm up the audience for the webinar;
• Monitor the number of registrations and actual attendance;
• After the webinar, organize follow-up: notifications, offers, product links, consultations, or orders;
• Analyze results: registration price, number of participants, conversion to views, inquiries, and sales.

Requirements

• Experience in promoting webinars, online courses, master classes, beauty events, or educational activities;
• Understanding of the webinar funnel: registration → reminder → attendance → sale;
• Experience working with a contact database;
• Understanding of email / SMS / messenger mailings;
• Ability to write or control strong advertising texts;
• Analytical thinking: it's important not just to "give coverage," but to bring people who will actually come and can buy;
• Responsibility for the result.

About the Company

We are looking for a specialist who can take on the full launch of a webinar from the marketing side:

make announcements → attract registrations → collect a database → set up reminders → bring people to the broadcast → help convert views into inquiries and sales.
