Webmaster / CMS Administrator Semi-Senior para E-commerce

We are looking for a Semi-Senior Webmaster / CMS Administrator to join our e-commerce team and take ownership of the technical operation of online stores for clients in Latin America, USA, and Europe. You will work 100% remotely, with autonomy and accountability over the health of the sites, content management, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive CMS Administration: Manage configuration, user roles, content creation and deletion, and the structure of pages and templates for online stores, ensuring everything is aligned with the business strategy.
• Content Publishing and Updates: Upload products, banners, promotions, and landing pages with a focus on conversion, verifying correct display on different devices and browsers.
• Performance and Availability Monitoring: Oversee site loading speed, technical health, and the proper functioning of forms, payment gateways, and checkout processes, detecting and resolving issues with priority.
• Coordination with Internal Teams and Clients: Receive design, marketing, and customer service requirements, translate them into specific CMS tasks, and execute them on time, maintaining clear communication through internal channels and with the client.
• Documentation of Processes and Best Practices Manual: Create CMS usage guides so the rest of the team can publish content without relying on technical support, and document configuration changes to maintain traceability.
• E-commerce Platform Optimization: Propose and implement usability, navigation structure, and site functionality improvements, always supported by data analysis and results reporting.

Requirements

• Proven Experience in Managing an E-commerce CMS (Mandatory): At least 2 years managing the day-to-day operations of online stores, with knowledge of product management, catalogs, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Solid Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms: Handle the logic of themes, plugins, and updates, and know how to assess the impact of each modification on site performance and security.
• Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS: Make minor structural and stylistic adjustments without relying on a developer, and understand the technical limitations of what can be achieved from the CMS.
• Diagnostic and Problem-Solving Skills: When faced with an error or partial site outage, act methodically to identify the cause, communicate the impact, and resolve or escalate in a timely manner.
• Autonomy and Accountability: Take responsibility for your deliverables, meet deadlines, and honestly inform if something will be delayed or cannot be done.
• Professional Integrity in Handling Access and Data: Work with sensitive customer information and critical configurations, and ensure confidentiality and system integrity.
