Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Team in ongoing projects across all operational areas.
• Collaborate in the development, elaboration, and updating of operational standards and processes.
• Create and prepare presentations, reports, and decision templates.
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, including minutes and task tracking.
• Conduct queries, data evaluations, and analyses to support operational decisions.
• Handle physical and digital incoming mail and coordinate with internal departments and hotel locations.

Requirements

• Current studies in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Initial operational experience in the hospitality industry, e.g., through internship, training, or similar work.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of hotel systems, e.g., Opera Cloud, is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable work approach, along with teamwork and communication skills.
