H World International is seeking a dedicated Werkstudent to join our Operations team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Team in ongoing projects across all operational areas.
• Assist in the development, elaboration, and updating of operational standards and processes.
• Create and prepare presentations, reports, and decision templates.
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, including minutes and task tracking.
• Conduct queries, data evaluations, and analyses to support operational decisions.
• Handle physical and digital incoming mail and coordinate with internal departments and hotel locations.

Requirements

• Currently studying in the field of Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
• Initial operational experience in the hospitality industry, e.g., through internship, training, or similar work.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of hotel systems, such as Opera Cloud, is advantageous.
• Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable work approach, along with strong teamwork and communication skills.
