Your Impact

Als Werkstudent Data Governance (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Kunden beim Aufbau modernster Datenlandschaften, um ihre Analysefähigkeit auf das nächste Level zu bringen und bist aktiv bei der fortlaufenden Entwicklung modernster Data Management Ansätze beteiligt.

• Data Strategy Development: Du stellst sicher, dass die Data Management Strategie unserer Kunden zu ihren betriebswirtschaftlichen Zielen passt und das Unternehmen als Gesamtorganisation fit für die Zukunft ist.
• Interface between Expertise and IT: Du verstehst dich als Übersetzer:in zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen und der technischen Umsetzung, indem du technologisches Know-How mit Business-Verständnis verknüpfst.
• Conception and Setup: Um ein erfolgreiches Datenmanagement im Rahmen von Analytics Plattformen und AI Enablement sicherzustellen, bringst du dich aktiv in die Entwicklung entsprechender Konzepte sowie deren Implementierung ein.
• Teamwork: Du begleitest unsere interdisziplinären Projektteams, um strategische Initiativen und Projekte für unsere weltweit agierenden Kunden umzusetzen.
• Process Optimization: Du arbeitest mit modernsten Technologien und bist aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Data Management Practices eingebunden.

Your Skillset

• Advanced Studies in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Informatikbezug oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
• First Professional Experience through internships or work-study positions in the field of AI & Data, ideally in management consulting. Knowledge in the area of Data Governance as well as tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Talend or Alation is advantageous.
• Strong Team Orientation and enjoyment in developing solutions for strategic questions around AI & Data
• Willingness to Travel as well as very good command of German and English in speech and writing
