Responsibilities

• Support the holistic steering and development of the financial function of the BNPP Germany Branch.
• Be responsible for the transformation and change of processes and systems within the financial function, local implementation of financial group solutions, the target operating model (TOM), and data quality management (DQM) and operational permanent control (OPC).
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in local financial operations.
• Support ongoing transformation and project initiatives through data analysis, development of solution proposals, and adaptation of tools and processes.
• Develop the DQM control framework and associated monitoring.
• Understand the technical requirements of the accounting and controlling team.

Requirements

• Expertise with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Visio, etc.)
• Experience with KNIME or Power BI is advantageous
• Basic understanding of accounting logic/principles
• Basic understanding of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Background in computer science or affinity for programming (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Independent, innovative, flexible, responsive, and team-oriented
• Process-oriented
