About the Position

Atos, a leading provider of digital transformation services, is seeking a Werkstudent (m/w/d) in the PSD - Defence & Intelligence sector. You will contribute to modern software solutions in internal and client projects, working with cutting-edge methods such as Agile Development, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Software Development

  • Support in the development and implementation of software components
  • Collaborate on the implementation of user interfaces based on provided designs
  • Assist in the analysis, development, and testing of applications

• Documentation and Presentations

  • Maintain and create technical documentation
  • Prepare presentations and demos for developed features

• Environment and System Maintenance

  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of development and testing environments

• Quality Assurance

  • Participate in testing, bug fixing, and reviews

• Agile Teamwork

  • Work within an agile team
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews

Requirements

• Must-Haves

  • Enrolled student in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or similar
  • Basic understanding of software architectures (Microservices, SOA)
  • Proficiency with version and build tools (e.g., Git)
  • Team-oriented, solution-oriented, and process-oriented work approach
  • Excellent German and English language skills (at least C1 level)

• Nice-to-Have

  • Initial practical or project experience in software development
  • Knowledge of modern software development environments (e.g., MS Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Basic knowledge of network technologies and security standards
  • Initial experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
