About the Role
va-Q-tec is seeking a Werkstudent im Vertrieb (m/w/d) to join our team in Würzburg. This role involves supporting sales analysis and strategic projects within the Business Unit Thermal Energy Efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsanalysen und Reportings auf Excel-Basis
- Unterstützung beim Vertriebscontrolling sowie bei der Aufbereitung von KPIs und Kennzahlen
- Durchführung von Portfolio-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Validierung von Business Cases für neue Märkte, Produkte und Anwendungen
- Analyse von Umsatz-, Kunden- und Profitabilitätsentwicklungen zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Vertrieb
- Unterstützung bei strategischen Projekten innerhalb der Business Unit Thermal Energy Efficiency
- Pflege und Strukturierung von Daten aus CRM-, ERP- und weiteren Unternehmenssystemen
- Mitarbeit bei Forecast-, Budget- und Business-Planning-Prozessen
- Unterstützung bei aktuellen Vertriebsaktionen und -Projekten
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, wie Entwicklung, Marketing, Logistik
Requirements
- Du bist Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Denkweise
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, sorgfältig und zuverlässig
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Datenanalysen und Reporting
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Kennzahlen
- Du interessierst dich für strategische Fragestellungen, Marktanalysen und Unternehmensentwicklung
- Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Themen ein
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Power BI, CRM-Systemen oder ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
