What We Offer

• 13,90 € per hour + 5 € commission for each purchased car
• Approximately 10 hours per week, split between Friday and Saturday – perfect for balancing work and studies

Your New Role

• You'll be directly available to our customers and guide them through the sale of their car
• You'll conduct consultation meetings and learn how professional price negotiations work
• You'll evaluate vehicles using our digital tools – no technical knowledge required
• You'll explain the vehicle evaluation to our customers in a clear and transparent manner
• You'll accompany the purchase process until completion and ensure a smooth operation in the branch together with your team

Your Skills

• You are currently enrolled in a university or college and will be for at least another year
• You have an interest in learning sales and negotiation and taking on responsibility
• Initial experience in sales, hospitality, service, or retail is a plus – but not mandatory
• You speak fluent German and have a Class B driver's license
• Cars are new to you? No problem. Motivation and personality matter more to us than automotive knowledge
