Responsibilities

As a Werkstudent, you will:

• Be directly available to our customers, supporting them through the vehicle selling process.
• Conduct consultation meetings and learn how professional price negotiations work.
• Evaluate vehicles using our digital tools (no technical knowledge required).
• Explain vehicle evaluations clearly and transparently to our customers.
• Accompany the vehicle purchase from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process in the branch.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or college for at least one more year.
• Eager to learn sales and negotiation skills and take on responsibility.
• Fluent in German and hold a Class B driver's license.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, service, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
• No automotive expertise required; motivation and personality are more important.

We Offer

• €13.90 per hour + €5 commission for each purchased vehicle.
• Approximately 10 hours per week, on Fridays and Saturdays – ideal for balancing work and studies.
