Your New Role
What You'll Do
- You'll be directly available for our customers and accompany them in selling their car
- You'll conduct consultation meetings and learn how professional price negotiations work
- You'll evaluate vehicles using our digital tools – no technical knowledge required
- You'll explain the vehicle evaluation to our customers in a clear and transparent manner
- You'll accompany the purchase until completion and ensure a smooth process in the branch together with your team
Your Skills
What You Bring
- You are currently enrolled in a college or university and are registered for at least another year
- You are eager to learn selling and negotiating and take on responsibility
- Initial experience in sales, hospitality, service, or retail is great – but not mandatory
- You speak fluent German and have a Class B driver's license
- Cars are new territory for you? No problem. Motivation and personality are more important to us than automotive knowledge
