About the Role
As a Werkstudent, you will support our Marketing Team in practical ways: You will work on content and campaigns, coordinate trade fair appearances and events, bring in your own ideas, and experience how modern marketing with automation and AI works in practice. At the same time, you will keep track of tasks, schedules, and deadlines, coordinate between teams, and help us bring our projects to a successful conclusion in a structured and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Marketing Team in daily operations and in the planning, coordination, and management of marketing projects and measures, including maintaining project plans and task overviews (e.g., in Planer), tracking tasks and deadlines within the team
- Organizing and coordinating trade fair appearances and events, from planning through coordination with service providers to follow-up
- Researching the market, competition, and current marketing and AI trends
- Assisting in the optimization and automation of marketing and project processes
Requirements
- Enrolled student, ideally in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Enthusiasm for and initial practical experience in marketing
- Organizational talent with a structured, independent, and reliable work approach and a good sense for priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Proficient use of common office and collaboration tools; initial experience with project management tools is advantageous
- Interest in digitalization and AI
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing (min. C1)
- Availability of approximately 10 hours per week (negotiable) and residence in Berlin to provide on-site support as needed
