Responsibilities

As a Werkstudent (Mensch) Media Planung Außenwerbung (OOH), you will work for high-profile clients on various projects in the Out of Home sector and gain valuable experience.

• Research & Data Management: Researching new OOH media and trends as well as data maintenance on target groups, locations, and potentials are part of your tasks.
• Analysis & Reporting: You are responsible for data-based media evaluation and the creation of monthly market reports.
• Media Planning & Support: You actively support the creation and maintenance of media plans.
• Presentations & Documentation: Creating presentations and decision-making bases falls within your responsibilities.
• Communication & Coordination: Ensuring the flow of information, SharePoint administration, and team coordination are your core tasks.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing and improving internal processes is also an important part of your job.

Requirements

• Study & Availability: You are currently studying in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media, or Business Studies (or have a high affinity for numbers), are enrolled for at least another year, and have approximately 20 hours per week to support us.
• Interest in OOH: You enjoy the Out of Home medium – both classic outdoor advertising and digital formats.
• Work Style: You like working in a team, are committed, reliable, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Data Handling: You are comfortable with numbers and enjoy preparing data and results in a structured manner in presentations.
• Tool Skills: You are proficient with the common MS Office programs - especially Excel.
• Language Skills: You have very good German language skills in speech and writing.
