For our Partner Management Team, we are looking for you as a Werkstudent (m/w/d) in Account Management / Hotel Connect at our Münster location, directly at the city harbor.
Responsibilities
- Support our partner managers in daily operations
- Maintain and update partner information in our CRM system
- Prepare data and create presentations for partner meetings, e.g., performance reviews or contract negotiations
- Assist in improvements and adjustments in the backend area (e.g., CMS, Confluence)
- Conduct quality controls of hotel offers and features on our website
Requirements
- Ongoing studies and the ability to work 16–20 hours per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach
- Interest in Account Management, digital trends, and E-Commerce
- Fluent German skills in speech and writing, as well as good English skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of data analysis
- Skills in presentation creation
