Responsibilities
- Booking Management: Assist in handling incoming phone and online bookings (additional bookings and cancellations).
- Unconditional Customer Orientation: Provide individual telephone and written support and advice for customer requests as well as handling complaints and damage cases of our car rental customers.
- Comprehensive Consultation: Act as an interface between our German-speaking customers and our internationally active partners (sales, rental companies, and insurances).
- Quality Measurement and Assurance: Actively participate in the further development of internal processes and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Education: Ongoing studies.
- Practical Experience: Initial experience in the call center sector or comparable professional experience is advantageous.
- Fascination: High motivation to advise our car rental customers friendly and competently before, during, and after the rental.
- Drive & Communication: Good communication skills in word and writing with a passion for consultation conversations, as well as a serious and friendly demeanor towards our partners.
- Mindset: Structured and success-oriented working style, personal responsibility, teamwork, and flexibility.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and good English skills in word and writing.
