Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development and optimization of AI and machine learning solutions
• Support in the setup and maintenance of data pipelines, as well as data preparation and feature engineering
• Participate in the training, monitoring, and analysis of machine learning models
• Assist in tracking experiments and documenting models and results (e.g., with MLflow)
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement data-driven potentials
• Work with modern large language models, prompting approaches, and agentic systems in our products

Requirements

• Ongoing studies with a scientific or technical focus (e.g., computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or physics)
• Initial practical experience with Python and common data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Basic knowledge in machine learning and understanding of the data science lifecycle
• Interest in modern AI technologies such as large language models, prompt engineering, and AI agents
• Initial experience with Docker or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is advantageous
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with data and numbers
• Independent and solution-oriented work approach with a hands-on mentality
• Good German skills (at least B2) complete your profile

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLflow
• Familiarity with Docker or AWS
